Before establishing TMA, Cindy worked in the IT industry for a bank headquarters. Her interest towards music-based education for children sparked when she was accompanying her son attending Kindermusik lessons. To be able to grow with her son, hoping to witness every stage of his son's development, she quit her high-earning job, pursued a licensing from Kindermusik and set up Talenthaus Studio in 2009, launching her solid career in the music-based education journey.

 

Cindy understands the long-term effects of an educator to a student. The guidance from an educator is very important, as it affects a student's interest towards a lesson. Therefore, she insists to believe that music-based education needs to combine different elements of music, fun and energy together. 

 

Cindy is highly passionate and enthusiastic about music-based education. To her, learning never stops. She keeps furthering her studied by attending courses and classes, aiming to provide the best music-learning experience to children, finding and maximizing their talent in music.
